Orla-Mo is a Victorian Captain's family house built around 1890, luxuriously refurbished in 2022. It sits on Pednolver Terrace — just 100 metres above the town, adjacent to Porthminster Beach — with breathtaking views over the harbour, across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse and Gwithian surf beaches beyond.
Inside: a fully equipped designer kitchen with American fridge-freezer and ice maker, a large lounge-diner, TV's in all bedrooms, lounge and kitchen, mesh Wi-Fi throughout. Outside: there's a hot outdoor shower for washing off after a day's surfing, a rear courtyard, and a front garden with harbour views.
